These terms cover your use of the Faabtastic website. Using it means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What Faabtastic is, and what it is not

Faabtastic is a fantasy football content website. Each week of the NFL season we read waiver wire articles from fantasy football writers, record the FAAB bid each writer recommends for each player, and publish those recommendations in tables alongside the average and the trimmed mean. That is the entire product: editorial analysis, summarised.

FAAB stands for Free Agent Acquisition Budget. It is the notional play money used to claim players inside a season-long fantasy football league, typically $100 per manager per season. It exists only inside your league's own software. It cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or exchanged for anything.

Faabtastic is not a gambling service and does not facilitate gambling. We run no contests, leagues or games. There are no entry fees, prize pools or payouts. We never hold customer funds, operate no wallet or balance, and facilitate no transactions between users. We publish no betting odds, lines or spreads, and we carry no sportsbook advertising or affiliate links. We are not a daily fantasy sports operator and have no connection to the platforms our readers run their leagues on.

Free content and accounts

Who the Experts Like and Highest Bids of the Week are free to everyone, every week, with no payment, account or email address. An account is also free and buys nothing. What it gets you is your season pass on every device without typing a code, and a vote on what a player is worth bidding.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it. One person, one account, one vote per player per week. What we store and who else sees it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The Season Pass

The position tables — Running Back, Wide Receiver, Quarterback, Tight End, Kicker and Team Defense — and the Why the Experts Like Them write-ups need a season pass while the week they belong to is the one we are currently publishing. What you are buying is read access to those tables and write-ups in time to bid on them, for every week of that season that we publish. Once a newer week goes up, the older one is currently free to read in full — which is a thing we do rather than a thing you are buying.

• It is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, nothing recurs, and nothing renews.
• A pass covers one NFL season, which is not the same as one calendar year: a 2026 pass covers the whole 2026 season, including the weeks played in early 2027. It does not cover the 2027 season, which needs a new purchase that you start yourself.
• Access is issued immediately at checkout, and unlocks the browser you paid in straight away. Setting a password afterwards puts the pass on an account, which is what carries it to your other devices.
• A pass is for your personal use. Please do not share your account, and do not scrape, republish or resell the tables.

We publish a week when the week's articles are in. We do not promise a particular number of weeks, players, writers or publication times, and a season's schedule is the NFL's to change, not ours.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store your email address and the fact that a pass was issued. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you check out. Some payment methods settle days after checkout, and nothing is unlocked until the money lands.

All sales are final. A pass is not refundable once bought, with the few exceptions set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download the site, resell or redistribute its content, share or sell account access, attempt to reach paid tables without a pass, interfere with the site's operation, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or close an account, or revoke a pass, for any of these. Where we revoke a pass for something other than a breach, we refund it.

Content and ownership

The site, its tables, its compilations and its wording are ours, and buying a pass licenses you to read them, not to own them. The underlying recommendations belong to the writers who published them, and we link to every source article in the footer of each table so you can read them in full. Player names, team names and league marks belong to their owners; Faabtastic is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any team, Yahoo, or any fantasy platform.

Votes and other content you submit stay yours. By submitting them you let us display them on the site, in aggregate and anonymously.

No guarantees

Suggested bids are opinions — other people's opinions, gathered and averaged. They are not advice and they are not predictions. Nothing here guarantees that a player will be worth a bid, that a bid will win, or that your fantasy team will do well. The site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither we nor anyone working with us is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with Faabtastic is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms. Where a change materially affects a pass you have already bought, we will say so on the site. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

Ending it

You may stop using the site or close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable use rules above. If we close the site down mid-season, we refund unexpired passes for that season.
