Refund Policy

All sales are final. A season pass is not refundable once it has been bought, so please read this page and try the free pages before you pay.

No refunds

The Faabtastic season pass is a one-time payment for read access to the Running Back, Wide Receiver, Quarterback, Tight End, Kicker and Team Defense tables and the Why the Experts Like Them write-ups, each week while that week is current, for one season. Access starts the moment the payment lands, and because the content is delivered in full from that moment, we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason. That includes changing your mind, not using the pass, your league ending early, or not liking the picks. A pass covers a whole season for a single payment, so we do not refund unused weeks either.

The exceptions

Three things are not a change of mind, and we put the money back for them without argument:

You were charged twice, or charged for a pass you already had. We refund the duplicate in full, and you keep the pass.
You paid and never got access. Write to us: usually we can just issue the pass, and if we cannot, you get your money back.
We stop publishing a season you paid for, or take the site down mid-season. We refund passes for that season without being asked.

How to reach us

Email info@faabtastic.com from the address you bought with, which is all we need to find the purchase. We aim to reply within two business days.

Where one of the exceptions applies, the money goes back through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else. Stripe releases it straight away; your bank usually shows it within five to ten business days. A refunded pass stops working when the refund goes through: the position tables and the write-ups go back to being locked, on your next page view. The free pages — Who the Experts Like, Highest Bids of the Week, your account and your votes — carry on as before, and buying again later works normally.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. A chargeback takes your bank weeks to resolve and we can usually settle it in a day. If something has gone wrong with a payment, we would rather hear it from you than from Stripe.

Who the Experts Like and Highest Bids of the Week are free every week to everyone, with no account and no payment, so you can see the shape of the data before spending anything.
